Dirt Road Entertainment merchandise is made to order. Because of that, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
We’ll review the problem and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Sizing and fit
Please review the size chart before ordering. Because products are made specifically for each order, items ordered in the wrong size are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to cancel or change it.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Returns
Please do not send merchandise back to the print provider or manufacturer unless Dirt Road Entertainment specifically instructs you to do so.
